Skating and Birthday Parties
We have a couple of options for birthday parties, both in 2-hour time blocks:
Option 1:
Up to 10 skaters
$120, plus $3 per skate rental
Option 2:
Up to 20 skaters (cap at 30)
$150, plus $3 per skate rental.
If you end up with more than 20 skaters, it is $7 per additional skater, plus $3 for and rentals needed.
Notes
Deposit:
$50 deposit required to hold the spot. The $50 is deducted from the total cost.
Skates:
Skaters are welcome to bring their own quad or inline skates
Our skate rental inventory is limited; knowing sizes ahead of time will help us determine if we can accommodate everyone.
Liability:
Every skater must have a signed liability waiver, which must be signed by a parent/guardian for anyone under 18 when you enter the space.
Cleanliness:
The space must be left in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrive. Please do not allow guests to bring food or drinks onto the skating track.
We clean and sanitize before and after each event.
Supplies
HRD Provides:
The space, skate rentals, sound system, tables and chairs, and 1-2 Hellgate Roller Derby volunteers to assist you during your party.
We can play a general, fun playlist or you can connect your own device for your desired music. We can do a few skating games/activities at your request!
You Provide:
Tablecloths, decorations, food & drinks, etc.
We recommend you provide water bottles or have skaters bring their own.
A water dispenser for refills can be available at your request.
You may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up, if desired.
