What to Bring:

  • Your insurance card and emergency contact info

  • Water bottle

  • Any of your own gear

  • Mouth guard!

What to Wear:

  • Comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and that you don't mind getting sweaty.

  • Clean shoes for our off-skates warm up or be ready to hop around in socks or bare feet. The warm up will be about 10 minutes at the start of each practice.

(We have a selection of gear available to borrow on a first-come, first-serve basis.)
