Practice SCHEDULE:

Specific schedules will be made a few months at a time, to accommodate for adult and junior home and travel game dates.
Scrimmages and USARS practices are scheduled intermittently and approximately twice per month.
Scrimmages are typically on a Thursday, but if we have a bout that upcoming weekend they will be on a Tuesday.
We recommend reaching out to us via email prior to dropping into a practice!
6 - 7: 30 pm : All Levels, Coaches adapt practice to those who attend. Lower levels will be accommodated.
7:30 - 9pm: Levels 2+, Contact drills and gameplay scenarios.
Scrimmages: Full Contact and Live Game Play.
Lower levels are very welcome to stay for higher level practices in a observational and educational capacity only. They are encouraged to learn how to officiate (skating and non skating). If you are interested, please let the coach know and they will help you get started.
